I use a little more mushroom than the recipe calls for – 2- 8oz containers and it comes out great! I didn’t time how long it took to cook after my 20 min timer went off, but very possibly was closer to 40 min. Followed the recipe to a T and only added the smaller suggestion of coconut aminos. I did add some tomato paste and more salt/pepper at the end because I used a mixture of low sodium/no salt added broth. (I honestly don’t know what they are – I still have to do research). I’ll be making this again tonight – 3rd time. So good. Yay! The result was a warm, satisfying meal that I’ve since texted to friends and family, insisting they make it soon! So.
